This Privacy Policy explains how DigiTide ("we", "us", "our"), founded by Muhammad Junaid, collects, uses, stores, shares and protects your personal data. We are committed to compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act"). For the purposes of the DPDP Act, DigiTide acts as the Data Fiduciary and you are the Data Principal.

• Contact details you submit through our enquiry form — name, phone number, email, business name and your message.
• Messages you send to our AI Chat Assistant, which may be stored to provide and improve the service.
• Communications when you contact us via WhatsApp, phone or email.
• Limited technical data such as device/browser type and usage analytics via cookies (see Section 9).

3. Purpose & Lawful Basis

We process your personal data only for lawful, specified purposes, based on your consent, which you provide when you submit the form, use the AI assistant, or contact us:

• To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request.
• To prepare custom quotes and communicate about your project.
• To improve our website, services and customer experience.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Your Consent & Withdrawal

By submitting your details or using our services, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described here. Your consent is free, specific, informed and unambiguous. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us at info.digitide@gmail.com. Withdrawal will not affect processing carried out before withdrawal. Withdrawing consent may limit our ability to respond to or serve you.

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

• Access a summary of your personal data we process and the processing activities.
• Request correction, completion or updating of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request erasure of your personal data where it is no longer required.
• Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
• Readily available grievance redressal (see Section 10).

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with trusted processors strictly to deliver our services — for example, WhatsApp/Meta when you choose to chat with us, and our AI model provider to power the AI assistant. These parties process data under appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose data where required by law.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes stated above or as required by law. When no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it. You may request deletion earlier by contacting us.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable security safeguards to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. In the unlikely event of a personal data breach, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected Data Principals as required by the DPDP Act.

10. Children's Data

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly process the personal data of children (under 18) without verifiable parental/guardian consent, and we do not carry out tracking, behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising directed at children, in line with the DPDP Act.
